By accessing or using the site and any related services you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree you must not use the site or services. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom and incorporate the requirements of the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
Eligibility and Permitted Use

Where accounts are created or content such as feed requests or technical specifications is submitted, you remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of that material. stagescoopx may review submissions to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable broadcasting regulations. You grant stagescoopx a non-exclusive licence to use submitted material solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services.
Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use
All text, graphics, software, feed formats and other content on the site are owned by stagescoopx or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the site without prior written consent except for the limited purpose of viewing pages in a web browser. Trade marks and service marks remain the exclusive property of their owners and may not be used without permission.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Alternative dispute resolution is available through approved schemes; contact details for such schemes can be obtained from the Competition and Markets Authority.
Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. stagescoopx may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
